The hardware

Crescent Island is Intel’s inference data-center GPU, announced 14 October 2025 and specified further at Hot Chips 2026. Intel’s air-cooled card is a 350 watt PCIe Gen5 x16 board: 32 Xe3P cores, 256 XMX engines, 32 MB of L2 cache, and 160 GB of LPDDR5X. Partner boards can carry up to 480 GB. It has no display output. Intel aimed it at inference, including the compute-heavy prefill step, in ordinary air-cooled servers.

Customer sampling was planned for the second half of 2026. Published accounts put a full launch in 2027. Intel has not published memory bandwidth, a price, or a public benchmark. This page does not invent them.

What this is not

This is not a claim that the cards are in stock, and it is not the separate NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 kit. One mail link is the next step.
